The Best Whitewater Rafting Trip in South Central Utah

Come on up to Marysvale, Utah where we have Whitewater Rafting on the Sevier River.

This is not a "sit back and let someone else have all the fun" trip: you will be an integral part of a team navigating your raft through these exciting rapids. Your Trip Leader will give you a great Orientation before you begin, and throughout the float will fill you in on interesting facts about the River and surrounding area.

This Rafting Trip is exciting and great for all ages (not recommended for children under 5). Be prepared to get wet!.

The Sevier River flows through scenic Marysvale valley, surrounded by mountain peaks rising up to 12,189 feet. It then enters Marysvale Canyon and begins a drop of 60 feet per mile. The steep canyon walls present a scenic backdrop with formations and sheer cliffs rising 500 feet above the rivers course.

All of our River Guides are CPR and First Aid Responder Certified, as well as being Certified by the State of Utah as River Guides.

FEATURES

NOTE: The Sevier River is "dam" controlled and there are periods when the river is not flowing-no whitewater.We offer Float Trips when the river is not running, and the Guides make these trips lots of fun with plenty of splashing, spraying, and races! Float trips can be booked in place of Whitewater at any time, we simply utilize a different portion of the River.
For Float Trips, we bring you and your group about 5-6 miles south of the Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort to launch your kayaks. Trip is self guided, you go at your own pace. The take-out point is at Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort, and there are signs to show you the spot. Life jackets included.
Kayaks are available for those who have some paddling experience.
Groups: We can take up to 30 people at one time. If you have a group larger than 30, we will split your groups up, but rest assured, the rest of your group will be kept entertained!

Lodging Available: Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort offers Motel Rooms, Log Cabins, and a Deluxe RV Park...so plan to say a few days or more!
