REQUIREMENTS:

16 or older to operate any Off Road Vehicle.

8 or older to ride horse

250 lb weight limit for horses and ziplines

Under 18 Must have Parent or Guardian Present.

No High Heels, Open Toed Shoes, Sandals or Flip Flops.

Closed toed shoes, sneakers, boots, or sturdy shoes only.

We must reconfirm your tour 24 hours prior to tour date. There may be slight changes to your pickup and time and location. We will attempt this confirmation using email/cell phone/hotel and room # information you provided when booking your tour.

Your email confirmation will include our Toll Free Telephone Number that is answered from 6:00 am -8:00 pm, 7 days per week. It will also include our email address. Please make sure that you are able to confirm your pickup location and time using one of those methods.

SUGGESTIONS

Provide a Cell Phone Number when booking so that we may contact you if needed.

If you are booking a reservation for more than yourself and your spouse/family/close friend, remember that you are responsible for the deposit and balance due for the entire group.

To avoid incurring cancellation/processing fees for booking large groups, consider booking only for yourself, and sending your friends a link from the reservations form so that they may book their own adventure.

Long pants are always recommended for operating off road vehicles. We understand that the locations of our tours are usually in warmer climates where shorts are more comfortable. Please be advised that long pants are NOT required, but are recommended. All Off Road Tour locations have facilities for changing clothing, if you'd like to wear shorts before and after the tour.

Our tours are designed for sightseeing experiences. These are not motocross events or off road racing adventures. Our tours are designed to offer our clients a balance between the adrenaline rush of operating an Off Road Vehicle, and our duty to protect the natural environments where we operate.

Tour operator reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to follow the rules and regulations they agreed to when they signed their particpant registration/assumption of risk waiver. No refunds will be due for any partipant who is removed from any activity for failure to adhere to such rules.

All outdoor activities carry an inherent risk of injury/death. The Tour Operators utilized by Awesome Adventures provide Certified and Professional Guides trained in their specific areas to reduce such risks. Participants in any outdoor activity must sign a Participant Agreement/Waiver of Liability that acknowledges his/her awareness of such risks, and their acknowledgement of their voluntary participation in such activity.

DEPOSIT:

20% of the total reservation cost is due upon reservation

Reservations submitted without a deposit, or with a non valid or declined payment, are not confirmed.

PAYMENT:

Balance of reservation is due 7 days prior to tour date.

The credit card used for the deposit will be charged the balance of the total reservation cost 7 days prior to tour date.

Reservation payments for balances due that are submitted and declined will be cancelled if payment arrangements are not made within 24 hours.

If reservation is cancelled because balance due was declined, no refunds of the 20% deposit paid will be due to customer.

CANCELLATIONS:

7+ Days in Advance of Reservation: Full refund of any deposits/payments remitted.

3-6 Days in Advance of Reservation: If reservation has been paid in full, 50% cancellation fee applies, 50% will be refunded to your card. If reservation has NOT been paid in full, deposit will be forfeited and no refunds will be due.

If you cancel 2 or less days in Advance of Reservation: No refunds will be due, any and all payments and/or deposits will be forfeited.

Processing/Cancellation Fee is calculated on the entire cost of the reservation.

CREDIT CARD:

Credit Card used for the reservation must be present on the day of the tour.

Credit Card Holder must be present to sign the Credit Card Slip on the day of the tour.

Credit Card charges will show as Awesome Adventures on your Credit Card Statement.

NOTES:

Some tours may require alternate payment arrangements, including payment in full at the time of the reservation.

These tours will clearly state on the booking form and/or tour web page the payment and cancellation policies.

Awesome Adventures is not responsible for, and has no control over, the booking policies for these alternate payments.

Absolutely NO refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of a reservation

Whitewater Rafting, UT

Utah Lodging-Single Unit and Non Holiday Periods.

20% deposit required when booking.

Balance of reservation PLUS 8.95% Utah Lodging Tax will be collected upon check in.

Reservations cancelled 7+ days in advance of reservation will receive a refund of any payments made, less a 6% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee of 6% is calculated on total reservation cost, not deposit amount.

Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to reservation date will forfeit deposit, no refunds will be due.

Utah Lodging-Multiple Units and Holiday Periods.

20% deposit required when booking.

Balance of reservation PLUS 8.95% Utah Lodging Tax will be collected upon check in.

Reservations cancelled 30+ days in advance of reservation will receive a refund of any payments made, less a 6% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee of 6% is calculated on total reservation cost, not deposit amount.

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to reservation date will forfeit deposit, and the entire cost of the reservation will be charged to the card used for the deposit.
