When you're looking for a 1 day Grand Canyon Whitewater Rafting trip from Grand Canyon, this is the trip you want.

This Full Day Adventure combines a Ground Tour to the Grand Canyon that shows you Hoover Dam, Historical Route 66, and the Hualapai Nation at the Grand Canyon, along with a whitewater rafting trip in the Grand Canyon on the mighty Colorado River. After your pickup, Hoover Dam is the first place you'll stop, with some time to take pictures and explore, before your journey to the Canyon..Once at the Grand Canyon, you'll take short drive down to the Colorado River, to begin your Whitewater Adventure.

What better way to experience the beauty of the Grand Canyon Rapids than with a Hualapai River Runner Guide. All guides are fully certified and not only will they guide you safely through these Class III-VI Rapids, they will also entertain you with information on the Hualapai history, and the history of the canyon. The motorized rafts used are designed specifically for the Colorado River,and you will enjoy every moment of this 40 mile journey!

Your adventure will include a hike to Travertine Falls, a beautiful waterfall. You'll want to be on the lookout for local wildlife as you enjoy your lunch on the banks of the mighty Colorado River. The smooth water portion of this trip gives you plenty of time to view the towering canyons of this natural wonder.

At the end of your trip, enjoy a helicopter flight of 4,000 feet, back to the top of the canyon, you will then be in Grand Canyon West, home of the Skywalk. (Weather conditions may prevent the helicopter portion of this trip).

Requirements

Must be 8 or older for Rafting. Under 18 must have parent or guardian present.

Payment/Cancellation

Payment in full is required when reserving.

Reservations cancelled 30+ days prior to tour date will receive a refund, less a 6% cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to tour date, or no shows on day of tour, receive no refund.

Bandanna , hat with retention strap or visor

Important to Note

If you bring a camera, it should have straps.

Place camera in ziploc bag before placing in our dry storage container, we are not responsible for damaged equipment.

There is no place to recharge batteries

Many video cameras will NOT fit in our dry storage bags, we suggest you bring your own waterproof bag.

There is NO cell phone service during the trip or in Peach Springs
