Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Required to hold reservation.

Reservation may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to tour time with no charge.

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior, or no shows day of tour, will be charged full tour price to the card used for the reservation.

All Customers must have Government Issued Photo ID-NO Exceptions

All Customers must provide weight for each passenger

Passengers weighing over 275 lbs will be required to pay an additional fee up to 50% of base fee

Tour times, schedules,and itineraries ARE APPROXIMATE.
