Policies for Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort

Deposit of 20% of total reservation is due when reserving, balance will be collected upon check-in.

Deposit will show as a charge from Awesome Adventures. Balance will be collected by Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort upon check in. Utah Lodging tax does NOT show on your reservation confirmation, but will be added to balance due when you arrive.

If you cancel your reservation 7+ days prior to arrival, a 6% cancellation fee will apply, the remainder of your deposit will be refunded.

The 6% Cancellation Fee is 6% of total reservation cost, not 6% of the deposit amount.

If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival, or do not show up at all, the card used for the deposit will be charged for the entire reservation cost.

The above policies apply only to single Unit reservations during Non Holiday Periods. See below for muliple unit and/or holiday reservation periods.

Multiple units Payment and Cancellation Policy:

This policy applies to reservations for more than ONE unit (Motel, Cabin, RV Spot, or Tent Site) for 1 or more nights, or for ANY reservation during Holiday Periods of Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend, Utah Pioneer Days, or Labor Day Weekend

A deposit of 20% of your entire reservation cost is required at the time the reservation is made.

Deposit will be charged to the card used to make the reservation.

Charge will show on your Credit Card Statement as a charge from Awesome Adventures

Balance will be collected upon your arrival at Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort

If you cancel your reservation 30+ days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of your deposit MINUS a 6% Processing Fee.

The 6% processing fee is calculated on the TOTAL COST OF YOUR RESERVATION including Utah Lodging Tax.

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, or do not show up for your reservation, the credit card used for the deposit will be charged for the TOTAL COST OF THE RESERVATION incuding Utah Lodging Tax.

NO SMOKING in any cabin at Big Rock Candy Mountain. If you violate this policy, the card used for the payment of the cabin will be charged a minimum of $200 to cover the costs of cleaning.

NO PETS in any cabin at Big Rock Candy Mountain. If you violate this policy, the card used for the payment of the cabin will be charged a minimum of $200 to cover the costs of cleaning.

Pets allowed in Motel Rooms 125 and 130 ONLY
