Cancellation Policy and Pet Policy

Rates are for double occupancy unless otherwise specified

Pets are not allowed in any Motel Room or Cabin unless prior arrangements are made, and terms and conditions for pets are met

PET POLICY: No pets in rooms without prior Written Approval. Pets are to be on a leash at all times. A Credit Card or $50.00 Cash Deposit is required for each pet. A “Cleaning Fee” of $10 is required for all pets because of the additional cost incurred in cleaning. This is a non refundable fee. We must inspect your room upon checkout, before Deposit is returned. If your pet soils furniture, carpet, or anywhere in the room, or damages the room in any way, you agree to pay all necessary Charges (and/or replacement costs) for any item damaged by your pet PLUS 25% Coordination Fee. Pets are to walked or excercised in the surrounding fields or forests, not in front of cabins or pavilion and not on any lawn! Barking, howling, or unwanted noise will be grounds for your party’s prompt eviction without refund. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms at any time.

Reservation may be canceled up to 7 days prior to check in with no fees

Reservations for more than one Motel Room, RV Space, Cabin, or single quantities of above for more than 2 days, or reservations during Holiday Periods (Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July, Utah Pioneer Days, Labor Day Weekend), may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to reservation with no fees.

Reservations not cancelled according to the terms above, or no shows, will be charged full price of reservation to the card used for the reservation.
